Founded in 1958 as the South Dade Shopping News, our organization has evolved into a premier multi-media enterprise serving South Florida. Under the leadership of Publisher Grant Miller and Executive Editor Michael Miller, we combine legacy journalism with innovative digital content through 11 print publications, 15+ email newsletters, and 45 weekly video podcasts. Our team produces local news coverage, business directories, legal notices, and community event platforms while hosting in-person networking events across Miami-Dade County.

With physical operations in South Miami and digital reach across Broward and Miami-Dade, we maintain accreditation as the official record newspaper for Miami-Dade County legal notices.
