Heavy Timbers & Beams
We supply rough, surfaced (S4S), and scrubbed heavy timbers and beams in cedar and Douglas fir. Our Kentwood P420 planer can surface timbers up to 12x20 inches for modern applications while maintaining structural integrity. These materials serve both decorative and load-bearing purposes in residential and commercial construction projects.
Custom Millwork
Our custom millwork services create specialized wood profiles up to 8 inches thick and 16 inches wide. We grind our own knives to produce unique patterns and maintain standard profiles for architectural elements like moldings, trim, and decorative features for both interior and exterior applications.
Timber Trusses
We pre-fabricate decorative and structural timber trusses using rated fasteners and optional steel face plates.
