Die Cutting
We offer comprehensive die cutting services using advanced equipment for scoring, kiss cutting, and thermal cutting. Our capabilities handle materials from 1.5 points to 4 points thickness with heights up to 2" high rule. With both auto-fed and hand-fed platens, we accommodate projects from small runs to high-volume production at speeds up to 7,500 sheets per hour.
Foil Stamping
Our foil stamping services utilize multiple presses with heat capabilities up to 500 tons of pressure. We work with magnesium, copper, and brass plates to create striking visual effects on various materials including paper, vinyl, and polyethylene. Our expertise extends to holographic patterns and specialty coatings, with capabilities for simultaneous multiple foil applications on sheets up to 28" x 41".
Embossing
Artistic Die provides precision embossing services with presses handling sheets up to 55" x 78". Our equipment supports both standard and thermal embossing with customizable pressure settings. We offer Unifraxion plate technology for combined embossing and foil stamping operations, creating dimensional effects on diverse substrates including specialty materials for outdoor applications.
Bindery Work
Our bindery capabilities include computerized cutting, thermal folding, and automated gluing systems. We handle complex packaging requirements with programmable equipment for cartons, sleeves, and specialty shapes. The transverse folder system accommodates various sizes and configurations for efficient production of finished packaging solutions.
Display Easels
We manufacture custom chipboard display easels in sizes ranging from 6" to 28" with options for single or double wing configurations. Available in white one-side board with thickness tolerance of .034 .002, our standard products include pre-taped options and bulk packaging. Custom orders accommodate specialty sizes and configurations with rapid turnaround from our inventory.
