What makes cork flooring eco-friendly?
Cork is harvested from renewable tree bark without cutting down trees, contains natural biocides that resist mold and pests, and uses water-based adhesives with zero VOCs.
How durable is cork flooring?
Cork has natural resilience that resists dents and maintains shape, with a protective finish layer that withstands heavy foot traffic in both residential and commercial settings.
Can cork be installed in wet areas?
Our glue-down system works in moisture-controlled environments when proper subfloor preparation is completed, though we recommend avoiding areas with constant water exposure.
How do I maintain cork floors?
Regular sweeping and damp mopping with pH-neutral cleaners preserves the finish, with periodic reapplication of floor polish recommended for high-traffic commercial installations.
Are custom color options available?
We offer custom color matching services for large orders, with accent color pricing applying to special color requests beyond our standard 40-color palette.
