Mann Theatres

Founded in 1935 by Marvin and Ted Mann, our company has remained a family-owned institution for nearly a century. We expanded strategically through acquisitions of St. Paul theaters in 1970 and opened our Eagan location in 1994, which was dedicated to Marvin Mann following his passing. Now in our third generation of leadership with Michael and Michelle Mann partnering with Stephen Mann, we operate eight Minnesota locations featuring digital 3D technology and premium XDX auditoriums with Dolby Atmos sound. Our commitment to cinematic excellence combines decades of operational experience with state-of-the-art facilities across Champlin, Edina, Plymouth, and other communities.

We maintain industry leadership through technological innovation while preserving the family values established at our founding. Our team's deep expertise in theater operations and customer service ensures an exceptional moviegoing experience. With flexible showtimes, private rental options, and concession offerings, we cater to diverse audience needs. Our longevity and consistent service quality have made us a trusted entertainment provider in Minnesota. We prioritize community engagement through accessible pricing and special event programming. As both pioneers and stewards of tradition, we continue evolving to meet modern audience expectations while honoring our legacy.
