Our local 1-800-water damage crew are awesome! They came in and handled everything after our finished basement was soaked due to a faulty sump pump. From the initial estimate, clean-up and removal team, to the final project manager walk through, they did their best to make the process as easy as possible. No one wants to have to call a clean-up crew but if you do it's nice to know a company that cares for the people they serve. Thank you all.

No one ever wants their basement to flood, but I'm so thankful we found 1-800 Water Damage in the process. Our insurance company contracted with them and they did such a great job on remediation we are continuing to work with them for repairs and called them out again for another potential project. They did a great job and fast! My neighboring condo had a pipe burst and they came over and got everything dried out fast. Then they offered their reconstruction services. This is a great company. Everyone from start to finish were professional and friendly. During the reconstruction phase the crew did a fantastic job. Levi came by often to check on the progress and kept me updated. He was so kind and professional. I could reach out with any questions or concerns and he handled it quickly. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants excellent service.

We had water leakage from a faulty bathroom commode into the subflooring and down through to another bathroom ceiling downstairs. 1-800 Water Damage was here in no time to assess and effectively mitigate the damage, prevent mold and to dry things out. The 1-800 Water Damage repair team then worked with my insurance company and began to have the damage fixed as soon as the insurance adjustor approved the work. They brought in skilled contractors who did an excellent job of quickly restoring both bathrooms to their initial condition. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased.

I bought a house not knowing of water damage before closing. I called 1800 Water Damage. They were the most professional quote I received so I hired them. It is a call I wish I didn't have to make but I don't regret it at all. The entire crew were great and the work they performed was extremely thorough. We can not thank the workers at 1-800- water damage enough for coming to Michigan from Indiana to help us out after 2 nights of storms and flooded basement. We want to thank the employees that took part in coming into our home after we discovered a leak the day before Mothers Day. The guys arrived with needed equipment to get the floors dried. We want to thank Justin Williams again. We interrupted his testing asking a million questions. After having a pipe freeze and burst, causing my house to flood while I was out of town, 1-800 Water Damage responded quickly (even on a Saturday) to begin working to remove the water and start the dry-out process. They have been very responsive and knowledgeable. Geoff Edwards has been great in working through the process with my insurance company, while making sure every thing that needed replaced is being addressed in the reconstruction process.

He even went out of his way to point out some things that needed addressed that were not part of the damage from the water, which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely recommend 1-800 Water Damage if you find yourself in need of water removal and repairs.

I live on the second floor of a Condominium Complex and had water damage this past Friday night that started on my kitchen and it greatly affected my neighbor's unit on the first floor. My insurance Company provided my information to 1-800 Water Damage Company and Justin called me within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning.

He started the mitigation process right away, found the busted pipe, contacted the Plumbing Company that was also great and did not overcharge me for calling them on a Saturday. Then on Sunday, Justin returned with Ricardo and removed the damage floors and walls from both places and started the drying process. Justin, Ricardo and Noah were so qualified and amazing to us during the entire process that took five days.

Our place is ready for reconstruction and 1-800 Water Damage will get it done for us once the insurance approves the claim. However, we are already so thankful that because of their quick response, the damage is not too excessive, and we can still live in our homes. We highly recommend this Company.
