Great experience, professional and punctual.
I had a flood from my hot water heater in the middle of the night and they came over and got me fixed up. They even shut the water off at 2 AM to save my house from further damage.

I was very happy with the service I received. Max, the lead technician, came to my home when scheduled and did a free assessment. I feel like they did enough to ensure my home was free of mold and water damage. Yet they were careful not to charge me for unnecessary remediation. Their price and Analysis was better than 2 other companies I checked. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rob, the owner of the company, when payment was due. He too was very kind and professional.

Called Rob about possible need for mold remediation. He patiently talked me through the mold test report on the phone and had a crew out the next day to evaluate. They found no need for clean-up or repairs. Professional and honest. The kind of business it's a pleasure to deal with.

We had a pipe leak on the first floor of our house and the water went from there down to our basement. Big Mess! This was on a Sunday evening and 1 800 Water Damage was wonderful. Mike and his crew came out that evening and started the mitigation and explained to us what all the next steps would be. They handled the mitigation and then Mike organized all the necessary restoration personnel and dealt with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and are great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Gary Rollins and 1-800 Water Damage are great to work with. Customer service is clearly a priority to them! It is nice to know that if I have a water damage emergency, regardless of what time it is, I can call the emergency number. Prompt response saved the sale of my house. Just before closing the first blizzard hit and snow was blown into my attic. The snow melted and soaked into the drywall. 1-800 Water Damage was able to dry out the insulation and drywall within a week after being called. Thank You
