5 08 Lofts
Loft Conversions in Nashville, TN
The concept of 508 Lofts started in 2000 when Tony Warner purchased the 70, 000-square-foot industrial building to house Devil's Dungeon, a nationally known haunted attraction that has been featured in the Wall Street Journal. At that time, the building was vacant, having gone through many transformations: from a cotton warehouse to a musician's practice space. Warner developed the 1st twelve lofts in 2003, becoming one of Nashville's 1st loft buildings. It is one of only a handful of loft buildings in Nashville.
