I called with a dishwasher issue not draining & they came to the rescue early the next morning. Tech was on time, evaluated the situation, & solved the problem of a blocked drain tube instead of a new overflow valve that was that was diagnosed initially as needing to be replaced. Very honest tech = happy customer experience!! Thanks

I had an issue with my Admiral clothes washer. The technician, Husan, explained all my options for the repair instead of giving me only the most expensive option. He was very courteous and efficient. I prefer working with small businesses like this as the service is better and much more personable. Highly recommend.

David came out after my dryer started making a horrible noise. Not only did he fix the dryer, he did it quickly and with a super fair price! He was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient. I don't think we'll ever use another appliance repair company again.

David arrived and quickly got to work diagnosing my old maytag double oven.
Super friendly, confident, knowledgeable and fast. He had the needed part in his vehicle so no having to wait.

Getting an appointment was fast and easy. James was our tech and he arrived on time and was very polite and pleasant. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly - he had to troubleshoot several possible causes, but found the right one quickly. He needed a part and returned within an hour and completed service successfully shortly after that. He got our fridge back working properly and we were impressed overall with the service- fridges can be complicated in many cases and James sorted his was through it fast and professionally. 5 star was a great choice!

I called 5 Star for an issue with my dishwasher dispenser & Khusan from 5 Star was out at 9;00 the next AM & was able to get it fixed within an hour

The scheduling was a little hinky. However, a technician did call me and show up the next day. The technician did the diagnostics and determined the board was caput. The technician replaced the board, and my refrigerator came back to life.

Vitality, our technician from 5 Star Appliance Repair, was able to come to our aid quickly and efficiently! My washer stopped mid cycle with a locked door, a load of clothes and full of water. Vitality was able to troubleshoot the problem, get the wet clothes out and quickly determine the probable cause. He had to order the needed part and 3 days later was able to install the part on the same day it arrived. Thank you, Vitality, for being so helpful, honest and upfront about the cost! I highly recommend 5 Star Appliance Repair and will certainly use them again as needed.

Michael was excellent. He came the very next day after a Sunday so I was very pleased with that as well.
He was so nice,very personable & competent.
The price to fix my older Whirlpool microwave was expensive but everything is nowadays. It would have cost much more to replace & have it installed above the stove so it was worth the $ to me.
It was my choice to go ahead with the repair..
You don't realize how much you depend on a microwave until you don't have one.
