Mike and his team were great from beginning to end. From the initial call to schedule a quote until the time the garage door arrived and was installed we received professional and responsive care. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient, from the initial phone call, Mike with the quote, and Ryan and Michael with the install. The garage door looks great and is much quieter than our old one. Thanks for making this one of our easier tasks to deal with!

Our garage door "broke" snapped a bracket at 9:30 at night. I was able to manually close it but just barley. Once closed, I could not open it to get any cars out. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to send out a tech between 8am and 10. Tom showed up just after 8. He was able to repair it and make all necessary adjustments. More than reasonable prices.
We were ready to pay for a whole new garage door (it is an older unit). Everyone from the woman who took my call, to Tom were professional and courteous. Highly recommend using them and we will only use them in the future. We do plan to replace the door with something more aesthetically appealing. Thank you! Life saver.

I have used A Better Garage Door a few times over the years and everytime I get a knowledgeable and competent professional who gets right down to the issue. But also they take the time to run me through what was wrong, how it was fixed and all the extra care they took to make sure my other doors do not have similar issues brewing!
