Cliff Warner, 44, from Burton on Trent, which is a town in central England. He holds a degree in Fine Art from Liverpool Polytechnic, where he studied painting. His works have sold in and around central and north west England. Cliff's paintings are figurative, intending to convey an Influenced by various painters including Mattise, Picasso and Balthus, and through the use of different styles his figurative works intend to convey an ethereal/meditative quality.
