This often includes a written report, checklist, photographs, environmental reports, and what the inspector himself says during the inspection. All this combined with the seller's disclosure and what you notice yourself makes the experience even more overwhelming. Most of your inspection will be maintenance recommendations, life expectancies and minor imperfections.

This pre-listing inspection report is performed for my client, the seller, with the cooperation and assistance of my client/seller. It assumes full disclosure on the part of my client/seller. My client may choose to share my report with others, but it is performed solely for my client. And although A+ Inspections performs all inspections and writes all reports objectively without regard to the client's personal interests, additional inspections, which of course would reveal and report matters differently, should be considered.
