Al and Sue Lewis made a dream come true and began the business in 1987, after over twenty years in manufacturing. The children were grown, so I wasn't so worried about the security of a firm job, states Lewis. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The Lewises started by providing a huge range of carpets and flooring to walk-in clients. As business grew, the couple built relationships with customers that helped them expand their services and supply carpet and flooring for builders, realtors, and commercial contractors.
