Dr. Froland graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1974, a member of AOA, OOPA and PMOS since that time. He entered practice in June of 1974 and has practiced at the same location since that time. He is the past President of OOPA (1987) and the present chairman of OSO. Dr. Froland is past president of Oregon Optometric Association, Milwaukie Jaycees, North Clackamas Kiwanis, and Milwaukie Downtown Development Association. He is presently DPA and TPA certified.
