The therapist can then plan, administer, and conduct a physical therapy treatment program. Physical Therapy uses many safe methods to address pain and aid recover. It is used to improve endurance, coordination, increase strength, and prevent further injury. It has been shown at times to be a successful option to surgery. A primary focus is delivering education during treatment sessions.
