ACE Engineering & AKAL Construction were set up in 1997 with a vision to supply Design-Build Services to construction Industry. Starting modestly with a Car Wash & Convience Store, ACE Design-Build Gas Stations, Retail & Office Commercials, Custom Homes & Apartments. In 2002, ACE designed a Holiday Inn Express to be constructed by AKAL Construction. Since then, ACE Engineering Designed Hotel Projects for most of the brand names in hospitality industry, including Intercontinental Hotels Group (Holiday Inn, Holiday inn Express & Suites Candlewood, Suites, Indigo)
