I found Ace Mechanical online and called them to set up an appointment for a furnace installation. They were able to come out the same day, which was great because I needed the service ASAP.

They were very knowledgeable about heating systems and made sure to get all the parts they needed from their supplier in time for the furnace installation date. I would definitely use Ace Mechanical again!

Ace Mechanical was the only ones who could fix my furnace after having three other contractors look at it. They have the right tools an equipment to get the job done right the first time. They also offered me some good advise on what to do in the future when my old AC outside unit fails. I give them a 5 star and will call them when needed. Dave.

Very professional, answered the phone after hours, tried to walk me through some issues to try to save me from a service call... then came out at 2am in sub-zero temps to fix my furnace. Can’t say enough about these guys. 5 stars

I came home to a very loud sounding furnace and recalled hearing their commercial on the radio that morning on my way to work. Saw the other reviews and decided I would give them a shot. Marvin was already at a house in the area and was able to stop by within a couple of hours. The receptionist was wonderful at keeping me up to date with when he was on his way. He only had to turn the furnace on for a few seconds and off it went so I knew he knew immediately what the issue was. After a part was ordered (slightly older furnace so it wasn't in town) and arrived, Marvin came when I was able to be off of work and fixed it in less than 30 mins! He was wonderful - prompt, capable, and effective! I will be needing a new furnace and air unit soon and I had already gotten a quote from them before Marvin had left on his first visit. After the great service this go round, I know who I will be getting them from!

We had 3 estimates for a new furnace and AC in Taylorville. Ace was recommended by a friend. Ace was by far the best price and we were impressed with the employees knowledge and care for our concerns. They installed our system a couple weeks ago and everything is great!!!

A friend recommended I call them for our flooded basement and John came by in just two hours. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable! Only took him a couple hours to get parts and get us all taken care of! Highly recommended

Over the summer my AC was having trouble and I was told it needed to be replaced by a different company, I decided to wait because winter was around the corner. Winter comes and furnace starts having trouble. I found Ace just by googling, and couldn't be happier that I did. Not only where they able to come out on a Sunday later at night to make sure we had heat overnight, their overall quote was much cheaper than others. In the summer I got a few quotes for just AC and Furnace, Ace quoted me for a more efficient Furnace, AC, water heater, and humidifier and were still cheaper than others. They were able to get me up and running within the next week and made the process very smooth. I can't recommend them enough!

5 stars I had a technician named John come out to my house. He was beyond amazing and super helpful! He figured out what the issue was and had the part to fix it the very next day! He was also very flexible with my crazy work schedule. I would strongly recommend this company!!

Our central air went out last night. He was here 1st thing this morning and he has it completely fixed and running again. We own a bi level that has 4 levels to it and the air conditioner that when out cools 3 of those 4 levels. Most local companies will not work on weekends and when they do the fee is incredibly high. I am so thankful that I get this company and that they responded so quickly. Last night I was burning up and heating up. I am feeling cool, calm and collected now. Thanks for an awesome job done on a Saturday morning! ******** I had the add a few more stars because they only allowed me to choose 5!
