After struggling to connect an aftermarket garage door remote with no success, I finally decided to upgrade to a new unit—and I’m so glad I did. The new belt drive opener runs incredibly smooth—like butter—compared to my old noisy chain system. Ben was fantastic throughout the entire process and even took the extra time to sync the new system with my vehicles. Truly 5-star service from start to finish. Up-date it's been a few months with this system, still pleased as punch. I changed internet service and couldn't upload the new code. Tom went out of his way to help. Happy to say, it's back and perfect 👌

Our experience with Ace Overhead Doors was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Tom provided a quote for replacing three doors and door openers. I had a specific request for the doors to match our newly constructed detached garage. Tom was able to install the exact same Haas doors and Liftmaster wall-mounted openers that I had in mind.
In just one day, three skilled technicians removed the old doors and installed the new ones, including taking the old doors away.
I also removed the 45-degree opening and replaced all the door trim.
The price was very reasonable.

Ben inspected and checked why doors jerked when opening. Cleaned and lubricated the hinges.
He suggested to replaced the roller and weather stripping in the future. Happy that the doors are now working again. Thank you Ben. Nice job!

ACE came out the next day after I emailed them and gave me a few options to fix my broken garage door spring and explained everything and answered all my questions and were not pushy at all. Came back after the parts were delivered and installed in about an hour. The technician that helped me was Ben and he was great and explained the work he did after.
Hopefully I don’t need any more garage fixes but if I do I’ll be calling ACE again!

Tom installed a Fimbel garage door several years ago. It operates beautifully. Recently, I needed the garage door opening higher for car and LSV access. The Ace Overhead Door crew made adjustments easily and flawlessly allowing lots of room for the car and LSV. They’re a great company.

Ace did a fantastic job for us. We use AHS for home coverage, and they require check-ins and pre-authorization. The crew was never fazed by this and did excellent work with diagnosis, teardown, re-assembly and log-ins to get authorization from the home warranty people. once they got a green light, it was easy to obtain parts. Tech even fixed door hinge and re-programmed the system, though the work-order did not specify it. SO pleased to have such great people live up to their committment to excellent customer service. Will use them again...since these machines will always need some TLC.

Garage door had a broken cable. Anthony/Ron from Ace were able to repair same day. From the beginning the communication by entire team, explanation of issues, the resolution, expert knowledge, positive attitude and integrity were 5++++ stars.

Service was quickly scheduled and the tech, Ben, arrived right on time. He got one of our existing openers functioning again even though the issue was hard to solve. He wasn’t going to leave until he solved it. He also is going to do some research to find a fix for a third party remote that has never worked right. He also installed a new opener for us and made sure everything worked perfectly. Pricing was fair and the sold me just what I needed. I highly recommend this company.

Thank You for a great experience from start to finish. Our new door looks great and the finish exceeded our expectations! The install crew was great, friendly, and efficient. To top it off, we were so impressed when we needed a small adjustment after hours and the owner, Tom was gracious enough to come by right away to get our door moving again. Just another example of why staying local pays off in the long run. I wish we had more doors for you to install, but we'll be sure to spread the word around to our friends and coworkers to choose Ace Overhead Doors!
