Shout out to Acis for being a GREAT company with next-level customer service. They have been EXTREMELY fair both in service AND pricing. Now I don't dread when my sons ask for something new for their PCs, or when they have an issue!

We recently needed a complete overhaul of our physical network infrastructure for one of our business locations. I can't say enough great things about ACIS IT Solutions. 5:45am at an airport returning from vacation is the last place you want have to deal with an IT issue but that's where I found myself on Monday morning after a text from the office told me that our VOIP phone system was dead. After checking a few things I texted Travis and explained the situation and that I was boarding a plane headed to Springfield. Travis told me not to worry and they would take care of everything. I boarded the plane and had no worries that the problem would be fixed well before we landed. Travis immediately sent a technician with a new POE switch to our office in Joplin and had the phone system back up and working ASAP. By the time I got to Springfield the crisis was past and everything was back to normal.
