Boston Acupuncture & Herb Center was founded by Dr. John Zhang, PhD, L. Ac & Herbalist, a Chinese medicine expert from Beijing, China who has over twenty years of knowledge. He is a professor and physician of Chinese medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, a research acupuncturist/fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, a faculty member of Medical Acupuncture for Physicians at Harvard Medical School, and president of Massachusetts Society of Chinese Medicine.

Our Boston Cambridge Brookline Clinic is conveniently located in the back of MGH (Massachusetts General Hospital). It is only 3 minutes walk from the main entrance of MGH and is right next to the MGH Shuttle Bus stop. It is in the 1st floor of an excellent medical building which is surrounded by MGH doctors' offices. We have 5 private treatment rooms, with waiting room and bath room inside the unit.
