Advanced Structural Inspections

Scott Sauer, Owner of Advanced Structural Inspections, brings with him over fifteen years knowledge in the domestic construction business, working in all aspects of new home construction, with extensive knowledge in structural framing, roof inspections, fire restoration, room additions, and water damaged sheetrock repair. Scott is certified with the International Code Council in the International Residential Building Codes. Although a home inspection is not a code-compliant inspection, having a working experience of the codes is very helpful in the inspection process.
