Very efficient and professional - which we discovered the hard way is rare among locksmiths. After picking a few locksmiths out of the phone book to fix the front door lock for a retail store front, we went through three locksmiths who looked and acted like ex-cons and all of whom failed to complete the job even after spending hour after hour working on it. Andy was a breath of fresh air after all these shifty locksmiths and restored our faith in the profession.
