Mr. Miller has more than 27 years of knowledge managing and designing transportation projects throughout Southern California and Arizona. Prior to joining ADVANTEC, Ed held the position of Vice President for KFM Engineering. His diverse consulting experiences have included conceptual and final design of freeways, arterial highways and local roadways, traffic engineering, quiet zones, railroad track design, grade separations and expert witness testimony. His work has encompassed all levels of project development from alignment studies, Caltrans PSR/PR, fact sheets to preliminary engineering and final plans, specifications and estimates.
