I always love coming to see Olivia to get a facial. She is very knowledgeable and always knows exactly what my skin needs! I have been working vey closely with Olivia for my wedding day prep with my wedding less than 90 days away and it has been an amazing experience!

Olivia is amazing in everything she does. Her facials are phenomenal, and my skin has never looked better with her recommendations and regimen she has put me on at home.

Not one thing bad to say about this med spa! I got lip fillers for the first time and Ashley is absolutely incredible! She walked me through each step of the process and my results are flawless! Can't wait to continue working with her in the future.

I had lip fillers for the first time by Ashley, she was amazing. I felt minimal pain, no bruising at all, minimal swelling. My lips look amazing I would definitely recommend her for fillers to anyone looking for a fantastic outcome!

This place was very professional and Olivia answered all my question I had about my facial and what I should continue doing after the facial. They actually even had the products in the store that I have been using and needed a refill on. Saved me time and money on shipping : Really was a one stop shop and my face feels amazing and so soft especially the next day! I will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. Great communication. Very informative and I felt great that someone actually listens to my concerns unlike other places that just talk over you and throw their opinions. Dr. Biggerstaff was great. She listens and takes the time to develop a plan of action for you. Looking forward to following the regimen that she recommended.

I have been coming to Ageless in the Triad for a few years now, and every visit has been a good one. All of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant, and have gone out of their way to make sure that I understood the details of every procedure I have had done, and they also made sure that I was completely comfortable and relaxed during each procedure. I have had nothing but good experiences here.

This was my first professional facial and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I had called beforehand because it was all new to me and the lovely lady, her name escapes me, was very helpful and pleasant on the phone. Upon arrival I was greeted, given my paperwork and taken back to the waiting area. It was very relaxing, extremely cute dressed with refreshment that I was able to help myself to as I waited. Did I mention the cute dresser!?

I was then greeted by Olivia who took me ba k and began my consultation. Olivia was amazing! She was very informative, gentle, communicating with me through the process and helpful in product recommendations. She even provided me the information for another doctor in the office that does a procedure that I had inquired about. I can definitely say that I'll be recommending Ageless in the Triad to EVERYBODY and I've already made my appointment to come back in a month! Thank you all for being wonderful!

The staff is so friendly. Lisa was amazing. I had never been to a place like this and she made me feel at ease and explained everything. She took care of a huge skin spot on my cheek for my upcoming wedding. I can't wait to go back and try out their other services.

Dr. Biggerstaff was amazing. She really listened to me about what my goals were and came up with a great plan. Within 3 days I saw dramatic results of the treatments I had. I can't wait to start a facial routine there to further improve my skin tone. The skin care products they have available for sale were exactly what I needed and reasonably priced.

I asked Dr. Biggerstaff for a recommended skin care product and what I got seems to be the perfect solution for my sensitive skin. A product I bought at Sephora that had great reviews caused a couple areas of severe dehydration and flakiness. Once I changed to the product I got at Ageless in the Triad, those areas cleared up in 24 hours. I was stunned at the result.

I'm so glad I discovered this medspa. The atmosphere is so relaxing and rivals the bests spas that I've been to in big cities and beautiful resorts. The entire staff was so professional but also warm. I'm very grateful to them for putting me at ease and making my experience so positive.

My first airbrush tan! They did an amazing job! I have olive complexion and with the Fantasy airbrush it gives me a sun kissed look! Not orange at all. I will definitely be back and I can't wait to try the other services offered.

Got the massage and facial package and was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Facility is very nice and the staff were warm and pleasant. The massage and facial were both great. Will be returning.

I have been an Ageless customer for over a year. I regularly go for massages, and this staff is awesome! Anna is my therapist, and she now knows about my injuries and stress areas. I cannot explain how they do it. just expect great, customized results. I really like the cupping for certain areas!

I had my first IPL treatment and was a little nervous not knowing what to expect. Lisa was wonderful to explain everything that I would feel during the process and afterwards. She was very thorough and took time to answer any questions I had. I've had several services done here and I have always had a wonderful experience. It's a beautiful atmosphere, peaceful and a very friendly, informed staff. My husband knows he cannot go wrong with a gift card from Ageless! Love this place!

I was having cabin fever and decided to treat myself to the massage/facial package. Anna, the massage therapist, listened to my request for a medium pressure all-over relaxation massage. She actually fulfilled my request and went above and beyond to address some problem areas as the massage session progressed. Truly a professional yet individualized treatment. Lisa, the aesthetician, examined my skin and listened to my concerns.

She recommended a treatment that I was comfortable with and proceeded to give me a wonderful facial. She addressed my concerns as well as suggesting additional self-care options without a pressuring sales pitch. Free samples are always great! This day spa offers a relaxing environment with complimentary beverages and very reasonable fees for their services. They also offer specials through their website. I am looking forward to my next visit!

I went into the office last Friday for the first time. The staff was friendly and professional. The Doctor gave me a few injections of Botox around my eyes and it's Tuesday and I look great no bruising just younger looking eyes! I'll be back in 3 months

The service and care these ladies show is top notch. I have been to other spas that are much larger and well know and they do not compare. I won't need to go anywhere else for my pampering needs, they do it all!

I am updating my review because I just had a new service done there and it was amazing! Anna told me she was now offering cupping and suggested it to help with my shoulder pain. I can't often take the pressure she needs to give to help and that's where the cupping suggestion came in! It was 98% painless! Only time it was slightly uncomfortable was when she was moving them around.

My back was pretty red but I had no marks afterwards like you saw on the athletes in the Olympics. I love that Anna knows my body so well that she can suggest new treatments to help me and that AITT updates services to keep up with changing procedures!

Is it possible to give more than 5 stars, for Ageless In The Triad is deserving! I cannot possibly list all the positives in this comprehensive spa but I will do my best. Upon entering, the waiting room in and of itself is a wonderful experience. Clean and calming. I have always been greeted warmly by reception and asked if I needed drink, restroom, etc.

The waiting room does have small indulgences for you to browse such as hand lotions, candles, lip balms.everything you need to continue your spa experience at home. There is also an area for you to have coffee, tea, fruit infused water or even a warm towel as you wait- a perk that truly sets Ageless apart from other local spas. I have gone for Botox exclusively and Dr. B is so warm and professional.

It can be a little stressful getting the injections but Dr B is quick to soothe and calm any jitters. I can say the procedure with her is nearly painless and I am always treated to a complimentary ice pack if needed. I have visited the spa many times and I have had a wonderful experience every time. The staff is amazing and the service is awesome. I highly recommend this spa to anyone. If you need a massage this is the place. Need anything spa related this is the place to go.
