We did a search on Yelp & found Absolute. Mike came out & went over why our AC unit was on the blitz, what our options were price wise & what his recommendation was for making sure we wouldn't have to see him again for a long time. I don't know crap about AC units, but he explained it all to me & while he was doing so, I thought to myself, This is how women feel when they go to an auto mechanic & they know that everyone there knows they don't know anything about car repair.prepare to get taken advantage of!
