It will only be charged if a customer fails to show up for their appointment or cancels their appointment less than 24 hours from their scheduled time. I've had to do this as a result of too many inconsiderate people who make appointments and fail to show up or even call to change or cancel their appointment. Apparently, too many people don't consider the fact that airbrush tanning is a service and the business owner cannot make up for time lost on a customer who fails to honor their dedication to show up.
