Our Alaska fishing charters are guided Copper River fishing trips on the Klutina River, the Gulkana River and the Tonsina River. Come join us for the best salmon fishing in Alaska while we explore miles of beautiful wilderness, chasing Alaskas wild and most famous Copper River Salmon. We fish in the Copper Center area of Alaska, located only 3 hours from Anchorage on the Glenn Highwy, 4 hours from Fairbanks on the Richardson Highway, and 1.5 hours from Valdez on the Richardson, just over Thompson pass. It is important to note that the Copper River salmon fishery is the closest open sports fish salmon fishery to Fairbanks, Alaska for Fairbanks fishing, and also the closest open King Salmon fishery to Anchorage, Alaska for Anchorage fishing charters.

All I can say is. I will be back for another trip! Rylan was an amazing guide who knew the river like the back of his hand. He was very helpful and patient with every question and snag I had! I may have gotten more wet than I anticipated but that's just a part of the adventure Thank you for an experience I will not forget!:

Best fishing charter ever and we've been on over 5! Rylan was an awesome guide. He knew where the kings and sockeyes were and exactly what techniques to use. He helped us out every time we got stuck with a big smile on his face. Really cool guy as well which made it all the better. He was also amazing with our 5 year old daughter and made sure she got to try to fish and more importantly was comfortable and safe the whole time. As soon as we were done for the day we were already planning our next trip back with them! Best charter for salmon around!

Aaron and his fellow guide Jake were incredible. We were on Jake's boat, and he was awesome. Kept us very safe on the water, and busted his butt to put us on some salmon! Very informative, and a great coach. Hooking a king is one thing, but Jake's ability to coach me through landing the fish was unparalleled! It truly made the difference in whether or not we landed the fish. We will definitely be back!

Beyond words for how amazing these guides are!!
Not only do you get fish, but the rafting trip down the Klutina was absolutely breathtaking!
The amount of fish in this river is so abundant; like boiling water, of tons of sockeye! We went on July 4th!
The King I caught had perfect meat, I totally recommend this time frame if you love to fish!!
Aaron, my guide and owner of AK Fish Charters.. had a ton of knowledge of the best fishing holes, making our trip seem like - we had ALL the secrets!!!

I flew from California to Alaska to fish with Aaron and had the time of my life! Aaron was great about helping me when needed while still giving me ownership of catching my own fish. Despite being with a group, Aaron seemed to be able to be everywhere at once, showing up to help everyone at exactly the right time so we didn't lose any fish. I can't wait to fish with Aaron again.
