Having been exposed to such a huge range of different foods at a young age, she developed a distinct palate and passion for fine food. She trained at the New England Culinary Institute, situated in Montpelier, Vermont. She is a member of the International Caterers Association. She is certified with the National Safety and Sanitation Board for restaurants. Chef Kirsten continues to travel around the country and the world to keep abreast of different trends and bring home new ideas.
