The Mechanical system consisted of two one hundred forty tons nominal capacity air cooled chillers, and constant volume air handling unit. Each guest room was equipped with a chilled water fan coil unit. The Electrical system consisted of a 6000 Amp Main Service Switchboard and a 275KW emergency generator. The building Electrical design also included a new Fire Alarm System serving guest rooms, meeting rooms, future restaurant, lobby/reception area as well as an indoor swimming pool.
