THE ATTORNEY, Alexandru A. Cristea, after practicing law in Eastern Europe, immigrated to the U. S. In 1976. He continued his law studies in the U. S. And since 1978 helped immigrants from all over the world, working 1st with a legal-aid office and other non-profit agencies, and later with private law offices. In 1990, Alexandru A. Cristea was admitted to practice law by the Louisiana Supreme Court, and, thereafter, became a member of the U. S. District Court-the Northern District of California and the ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
