I did not like to service charge that I had to pay for the initial co sultation, but when you really think about it, the places that give free first consultation are going to be just trying to sell you something. Mike was the opposite. He gave us repair costs to our old unit and did not discuss replacing it until I brought it up. He explained the good and bad of either course of action and let me and my wife make an informed decision without pressure. I can guarantee that if I had to recommend a hvac service yo my mother all-American is who I would choose!
