ALL CLEAR Plumbing has been in business for almost fifty years. It was 1st set up in the early 1960's by Fred Polizzi. Mr. Polizzi developed this franchise when he realized that the only drain cleaners were Roto Rooter. He then sold the areas out right. Meaning NO franchise fees to the owners of each area. Then, savings get passed on to the client. Each area is run and run by the licensed plumber who purchased the area and we're situated throughout the state of NJ.
