The appointment was easy to make. Andrew showed up on time and was great. He cleaned our L-shaped couch and a handmade large rug that we have had for 24 years. It looked new when he was finished! We couldnt be happier! They are our go to carpet/furniture cleaners!

Fantastic! All Pro did a great job today removing dog oil from my carpet and dirt off my couch cushions. Eric was hard working and treated my home like it was his own. Last year I used Stanley Steamer and this year I used All Pro. All Pro is my company now. They were so much better than Stanley and great prices too!

This is the second time that Ive used All Pro Chem Dry for carpet cleaning. They are great! They stand by their work and, when a stain resurfaced, they came back to take care of it. Patrick was the technician. He was right on time. He gave me several options on services. This carpet is fifteen years old and he worked for an hour and a half and it looks almost new. I was very impressed with the All-Pro Chem-Dry procedures. The carpet was clean and dry in just a couple of hours. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends! All Pro did a great job of cleaning up the water from a commercial space after a fire sprinkler head broke and sprayed water everywhere. They got there pretty quickly, and did a great job keeping kept in contact with us regarding progress. We've also used them for carpet cleaning in the past and they did a great job there as well. I will use this place every single time. I have five houses that I own and they cleaned two of them last week. The carpets look SO much better! I thought that I could maybe get another two years out of the carpets at one of the houses, but after they cleaned them, I think I can get up to five more years! Don't use any other place. I used a different place for another house about 3 months ago and the carpets didn't even look different. That's what I get for taking the lowest price. You usually get what you pay for. Pay the extra $$ and get years more life out of your carpets!

We had nothing but a fantastic experience with all pro cam dry. They were very professional and extremely thorough. They spent close to 11 hours detailing three floors of our home to the best of their ability. I would definitely use all pro Chem-Dry over and over again. The service has been outstanding every time, from timely communication setting up appointments to great results cleaning the carpeting. My dog loves to track in dirt and mud from the back yard to the point I doubted the floor would ever look clean again, but it has turned out like new after each cleaning.

All Pro Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning my Crate and Barrel sofa and ottoman as well as my CB2 chair and ottoman. They used scent free cleaning products and Im very happy with the results! After a miscommunication about time, Josh (the Operations Mgr) arrived on-time and was super friendly. My only minor criticism is that some of the cleaning product overspray coated the wood furniture legs after the cleaning. But, I was able to clean it off. I was surprised because I saw Josh wipe off the legs. Not sure what happened? But, I will definitely use All Pro Chem-Dry again in the future. Thank you!

They kept us up to date on what time and day they would be there. Were here an completed job quickly and it looks great. Dried much faster because of less water used. Price was given as the best possible with space to be cleaned which was very good. Also cleaned our area rug. They were in and out in 2 hours after cleaning about 900 sq. ft.

Josh, Daryl and the team at All Pro were great to work with. We had 80 spots of grease on our call center floor that someone tracked through. After All Pro finished, our carpet looked brand new. Not a spot left and for 1/3 the cost of competitors!

Loved the experience. The young man who showed up was extremely professional and pleasant. He took the time to explain all the options and answer questions after his evaluation and starting work. The only reason I gave the company 4 stars is because when I discussed the pet-odor ad-on (I forget the exact term) during scheduling they didn't tell me that it takes ten days to work, during which it actually smells worse.
I was getting the carpets cleaned prior to guests coming and unfortunately because of this I scheduled it only five days prior and could not use the service I wanted most. The carpets look wonderful though. They just don't smell as good as they look :(

Had a passenger vomit in my backseat. Took it to All Pro Chem-dry out of Highlands Ranch and they not only cleaned the stain (like new) but also applied a stain protection and got rid of the smell. Like new. Loved it. Highly recommended.

We had All Pro Chem Dry come clean our carpets in March 2024, and I really wish we had done it sooner! It was easy, reasonably priced, and they were able to get out all of our carpet stains (even dog stains that we thought would never come out). As dog owners, it was not possible for us to use a traditional carpet steamer that would take days to fully dry, and this carpet was mostly dry within a couple of hours and completely dry within 24. We will certainly use All Pro again when we are ready to have our carpets cleaned.

Josh and Joe and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job. I was so lucky to find them 12 or so years ago. They introduced me to the carpet company Coventry and I was so happy they did they were also a really good company to use for the new carpet I purchased. Joe does such a great job cleaning the carpet for over 12 years. I always request him.

My carpet had not been cleaned for 10 years. They did a great job! I upgraded my cleaning because it had been so long and I had done a fair amount of construction in the interim. This included drywall and the associated dust. Overall, very happy with the results. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. I liked how it dried relatively fast.

I was very pleased by the service I received from All Pro Chem-Dry. A representative came out to prepare an estimate and was very thorough in examining the state of the property being sold. I was advised about the need to specially treat areas that had been fouled by pet urine. All during the process, I was kept informed of the status of the work so there were no surprises.

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. I moved into a new home and had an emergency that required expedited same day service. I called around to a few company and got these guys on the phone. The customer service on the phone was great and called me back in 15 minutes after speaking with the owner. The owner came out to check the house and my emergency and redirected two guys to help me out.
The operators were friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to leave them alone in my house while I ran more errands. I came home to clean carpet that was dry in a few hours. Keep up the work fellas, youre doing great.

Our 15 year old carpets looked fantastic after cleaning. They did not have any chemical or other smells, just clean! They were dry really quickly too, which made it easier for us to start moving into our new home. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again when we need carpet cleaning.

Ive been using Chem Dry for carpet cleaning for about 16 years, in various cities in which I've lived. Chem Dry, as a company/franchise, has always provided fabulous service. All Pro Chem Dry is no exception. Amazing service, excellent quality work with lots of attention to detail, and super polite and courteous technicians. I've served up some pretty nasty carpet disasters (ranging from red nail polish to a dog poop disaster) and they've always been able to make my carpets look brand new again.
