As the owner of Kiawe Hawaii, a kiawe charcoal distribution firm, Terry saw the opportunity in starting a firm that provided tree trimming and removal. Not only is tree trimming a needed service, but Terry recognized that he could utilize the wood he harvested. Starting with two workers, one truck and a chipper, All Tree Services was off the ground.
