Wes Flores began at a young age as a painter working with Steve Censarri, Greg Hutchinson, and Hugh Hechner (not the infamous Hefner) where he learned to perform work speedily with one employer and with quality from another. The merging of these two skills created a highly efficient method of application where he awed people with his fast, yet fine approach to his work. Wes began his own firm, Total Painting Concepts (TPC) in the late '80s and worked for firms such as Miller & Desatnik, and other management firms throughout southern California.
