In 1989, a parent needed home care services for her seven-year-old daughter, who has Down Syndrome. Both individual care and therapy staff were hired to work in the safety and comfort of their home. This parent's individual knowledge of home care requirements and business led her to incorporate Alliance Health Care in October of 1990 as a Personal Care Agency. In 1992, Alliance started delivering in-home family support, and in July, 1993, became a Class A Licensed home Health Agency and state enrolled medical provider.
