Great company!

Allied Experts is a great company! They have awesome people who work for them, from sales to the completion of the job! The two crews that came out to install our air conditioning & heating system, hot water heater & insulation in our attic! Both were very professional, cleaned up after their jobs & took pride in their work! I would highly recommend Allied Experts!

Great product

We absolutely love our new heat pump/AC unit, the water heater, and certainly the insulation of our home. I have lived in this home for 35 years + and have never been this comfortable.
I will say we did have some issues with the sales guy's promises that could not be followed through by the company. And we certainly were disappointed. But after a few phone calls and getting to the right "after install" technician, we are very pleased. It really was a shame that we had issues initially.
At the end of the day, we are very, very pleased. Allied provided a great product, a really great deal, and in the end, great customer service...
So, YES, I would absolutely recommend Allied to a friend!!!

Excellent experience!

Great representative came out to the house and everything was explained thoroughly and easy to understand. On the day of service the workers arrive to the house early and began right to work. Worked through the entire day finished the home project in a very timely manner. The overall experience with the company was excellent.

Great experience

Had a great experience overall with Allied. A neighbor gave them high marks so we decided to go with them....new AC, heater, insulation, CO detector, dryer vent hose and sealed both the attic and garage. Workers were personable and explained everything they were doing. Did not get water heater as we had one put in last year. We thought the pricing was good and got $7000. in credits. Called to company about a couple minor issues and a tech came the next day to remedy. We would highly recommend them at this point in our experience with Allied.

I think they did a great job. They were on time, finished the job in one day, gave good instructions, left warranty papers and cleaned up the site. We passed all inspections and added value to our home. We have not had any problems at all with the new equipment

Recommend

Definitely would recommend Allied to anyone looking to update all of there older low efficient heating and cooling systems. They replaced everything and sealed off my attic to stop any loss of cooling and heat. They all worked relentlessly for 2 days non stop in July weather. They addressed a 20+ year problem with cooling in my bedroom and corrected it. Have already recommended them to friends. One problem is after the install I have tried to reach out to my salesmen numerous times and have not heard back from him.

Thank you so much to all the guys who worked so hard yesterday battling the 90 degree heat, intense sun, and the oven that was our attic to get our Marlboro home efficient and cool. I don’t know how you do it, but I’m glad you do. All that work done in one day! Amazing. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful, from the initial auditor, who worked so hard to get us approved and scheduled quickly, to each guy working tirelessly to replace our outdated, dead HVAC equipment. And I very much appreciated the guys in my furnace room singing as they worked.
