Allpro Inspection. Was set up in 2004 by Jere and Mary Mills. Mr. Mills is a former Virginia certified class 'A' General Contractor for the Commonwealth of Virginia and had been building commercial and domestic properties for over three decades. After working in construction trades as a construction superintendent and Company owner his decision to make a career change came after seeing the growing need for competent home inspectors.
