He asked me what was wrong and said they would do what they could so I took it to their office the next day.
I went to their office on my lunch hour and talked to Brian. He asked me a few questions and was really easy going and pleasant. I am used to being talked to like I am an idiot by computer people so this was a very nice change. Chuck called me at around 4:00 and since it was so soon I was afraid he was going to tell me I had lost everything but he told me it was already finished being fixed and it was ready to be picked up and not only did he fix the problem, he was also able to keep everything.
When I went to get my computer, they also gave me 3 DVDs of my stuff that they had backed up for me.
I was so happy they got it done so fast and I didn't have to buy a new computer. I was really worried about having to figure out how to redo all of my Quicken files. Now I don't have to worry about it.
On top of all of this, they have an online backup for 5 dollars per month and I don't have to worry about my files disappearing anymore.
I am a big believer in customer service and this business is at the top of my list. I will sincerely recommend Alpha Solutions to everyone I know.
