We founded Altitude Behavioral Care and Integrative Health with a clear purpose: to deliver high-quality psychiatric and behavioral health services across Maryland in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Every treatment plan we design is tailored to the individual, recognizing that mental health needs vary widely from person to person. We address a broad spectrum of conditions, including ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse, alcoholism, and other behavioral health challenges. To make care accessible, we participate with many major insurance providers and a wide network of PPO plans. Before your first appointment, we verify your mental health benefits and clearly explain deductibles and any anticipated out-of-pocket expenses. When we are considered an out-of-network provider, payment is collected at the time of service, and we supply detailed documentation for reimbursement. Self-pay rates are $150 for initial evaluations and $100 for follow-up visits.
