Your weekly agreed fee is ___________________ per week. Frequent late pickup is cause for termination or change in rates. Late fees for pick up past _____ will be $5 for every 15 minutes, or portion thereof, for the first 15 minutes. After the first 15 minutes, there will be an additional $1 per minute. The first 30 days is a trial period for both you and me.

I cook main menus mostly from scratch to provide children with the healthiest of food choices. Vitamin A several times a week. Unless otherwise indicated, snacks are served with water.
