I have add still do have a storage unit at this location. I feel theyre a little high on their prices but the location is very convenient to my home address. As far as the security even though I have opted for the insurance policy I still dont feel that my storage unit is protected or safe at all times. Another thing is at night or on the weekends its very hard to get a hold of the property manager or whoever is on call. They Own several locations & are very experienced so the low security is truly unacceptable. Thats my two cents

No one told me that I needed property insurance to rent their unit. It wasn't posted on their website or at the storage center. Trust me if you don't provide proof of property insurance, they'll tack on insurance charge to your monthly rental fee. Ask questions and read all fine print.

I HAVE to share my experience. Specifically my interaction with Le'Ron Martin. If I could give him 10 stars I would. It's people like Mr. Martin who make life easier when it comes to storage. Mr. Martin was willing to help and was really welcoming answered all of my questions.
My locations manager, Taylor was also very helpful when I accidentally called his personal cell. He followed through with mondays plan, even though I was suppose to call him back and I didnt. After the weekend passed he remembered a convo he had afterhours.

Lanai was awesome! I had a lot of questions that she answered with no problem and she got me the unit I needed. She was very patient and helpful. I would recommend everyone go here for your storage needs big or small.

Customer Service was Superb!!! They answered all of questions I was able to get everything done with a free truck. The process did not take long at all. Great place to store and RENT!! ( and they let you keep your lock, you don't have to pay for it separate)

It's a great place. I rented over the phone for my daughter but they walked me through every step and she was able to get to her unit and store her things without any problems. I had a few questions at different times and they were friendly and patient and answered everything. Will use again next summer.
