I've used Settler's Landing storage facility in Concord for more than a year and half. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the upkeep of the facility. The prices are great; what is advertised is what it is. I can rest asured knowing my belongings are safe and secured.

I am very happy I chose this storage unit. Taylor is really nice and polite. He helped me get set up with my unit and there are carts provided if you need to move your boxes. I would recommend this storage unit to everyone.

Keri is the reason we returned to Settlers Landind Self storage. My daughter is a student at UNC Charlotte and she loves the fact that the facility is close to campus, the team treats her well, and it's climate controlled. Don't know what we would do without Keri and Settlers Landing.

Eric was very helpful. He let me know about the deals, they were afforing for the month. I also like that the building is climate control. I have alot of electrical equipment stored and I can rest my mind knowing that the temperature will keep my equipment is safe. He also offers 24 access, with an addition fees. It's very helpful, being I work all hours of the day.

Overall Ive had a pretty good experience with Settlers. Both managers the previous one and Taylor have been very kind and good at communicating. I only wish they had carts to use for trips up and down the elevators.
