We do not hire field people without teaching experience, and we do not hire teachers without field experience. Our instructors need to have both, and are required to keep our classrooms entertaining and lively, ensuring our students a positive and enjoyable learning experience. Anyone can teach theory, but there simply is no substitute for experience.
