Each of our five unique apartment suites, are situated in a single building structure (each with it's own private entry) that supplies you with a home in a quiet prestigious neighborhood close to Mayo Clinic. Our extended stay suites are well equipped with remote controlled gas fireplace, 2 or 3 Sony televisions, a DVD/VCR/CD player with cable TV (complete with 78 cable and local stations)

In a park like setting next to Quarry Hill Nature Center, we are located on three scenic acres convenient to everything. We are only minutes from downtown Rochester, the Civic Center, hospitals, shopping centers, movie theaters, parks and more. Our 2 bedroom furnished apartments are one of a kind, each with their own private entrance. Our guests, numbering over 1,600 over 26 years, have been here for stem cell treatments, kidney and liver transplants, out-patient services and other procedures.

read more2/21/20 I have stayed in many rental homes and this hostess was the most responsive and supportive I have experienced. The place was small, almost no cupboard space, but clean and very cozy. It was really the hostess that made this place special. I would stay again with no hesitation. 9/5/19 The Viola Suites was a life saver. Our new construction home was not ready and we'd sold our home. I was happy to find a short term, reasonably priced, furnished, pet friendly rental but even happier once we arrived and settled in.

There is a 32 digital HD TV with remote, chest of drawers, night stand with lamp and mirrored dressers. Mobility equipment available: Walkers with seat and wheels, walkers, canes, commode raisers, shower stool. Most units have grip bars, overhead showers and hand held showers. Our short term extended stay furnished apartments are situated on scenic matured acres which back up to Quarry Hills Nature Center.

read moreThis five room furnished apartment offers a large living room with couch, recliner, gas thermostat remote controlled fireplace and TV. There is a separate dining room, two bedrooms, and a private wooden deck overlooking our wooded backyard. Bedroom one has a queen sized bed with Victorian railings, dresser and TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (full sized mattress on bottom, twin sized mattress on top) There also is a wall mounted TV. The full size kitchen has small and full size appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, glass top electric range and dishwasher.
