I can't say enough good things about my experience. I was leary calling a larger establishment as I had already received a slow and over-priced estimate from a smaller one. I spoke with Ed who seemed to treat my smaller job with the same level of professionalism I would expect had I needed a whole new roof. I only needed an additional vent pipe added.

The estimate was far less and I received it much faster than I expected. The workers showed up early, had everything they needed and then some. An adjustment was made to the materials due to an oversight on my part to avoid any possible water leaks which I greatly appreciate. The work was completed quickly and without incident. I will be keeping Anderson Restoration in mind should I need any further roofing projects as well as reccommending their services to anyone in need. Great job! Happy to do business with this company again in the future. Thank you!

Anderson Restoration did a great job installing a new roof on my home. They were prompt, came out with a full crew and were able to complete the job in one day. Very impressed with the company and their service. Our salesperson/contact for the project was Mark. He was very hands on and we greatly appreciated that. When he initially told us they would arrive at 6 am the day of the job, we kind of laughed as it was still dark at that hour. But not only was the crew there that early, so was Mark. We had 4 quotes for our roof and glad we decided on Anderson.

My experience with Anderson was amazing. I was in a really bad situation a hot water main broke over my apartment and ruined all of my belongings. Not only did they explain the process to me they helped me through the process by making it so easy and the representative they sent me to collect and inspect my belongings was so professional, helpful, and kind hearted enough to make me feel better about my situation and the way the apartments treated me about the situation. After they installed my new roof they have returned several times to repair additional issues (totally unrelated to the new roof). They have been extremely professional and willing to work within my schedule. They have also been extremely fair in working with me to find the best and most cost effective solution to the issue.

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. The work was exceptional, the was fast and completed the job on time and left no trash or debris from the roofing job. Anderson also helped find contractors to do the inside paint and drywall job. who were equally as efficient. Overall a professional team and job well done. Don is the only roofing guy I go to for my own personal houses and that I recommend to other clients, friends, or acquaintances. We were very please with Anderson Restoration professionalism. They took time to sit down with us and answer all our questions. They went over how the material will be delivered, the actual work and met with us afterwards. I thought I had a leak from their work and called them back out to my house. My rep and the owner came out to help investigate the issue free of charge!

We determine the leak was a plumbing issue that wasn't from their work! Now, when a thunderstorm comes through, I don't think twice about my roof. The new roof is also good for one transfer to new home owner/s if we decide to move. We're very happy with Anderson Restoration!

Anderson Restoration - Amazingly Easy - Beautiful Results I saw that some of my neighbors had gotten a new roof and they all looked fantastic. I wasn't sure why so many were getting them since a new roof can be quite expensive. I found out that they had all been covered by insurance since they were damaged by a hailstorm back in May. I didn't think I had any damage.

My roof seemed fine to me but what do I know about roofs. So, I called the number on the sign in my neighbor's yard. I figured it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out, wouldn't cost me anything. So, the guy from Anderson came out and took a look. Real nice guy. Checked it out and turns out the hail damage was minimal but the wind damage was considerable.

So the guy, Daniel Gregersen was his name, walked me through the process to file a claim with State Farm, even gave me the number to call. He stood by with me while I made the call in case there were any questions. State Farm took the claim information (glad Daniel was there) and said an adjuster would be in touch. The adjuster came out to inspect the roof and guess what? Daniel came out to show him what he had found! Amazing! Anyway, the whole process was easy as pie and Daniel was there every step of the way.

Couldn't have been easier. And the roof is absolutely beautiful! They even put down upgraded liner and premium shingles and get this, no extra charge for the roof vents! My wife and I are VERY happy with the way it turned out. I would highly recommend these guys.

Anderson Restoration really did an amazing job on my roof! I had tried previously to get my roof replaced, and my insurance company denied it. Anderson came out with the adjuster, and they approved it the second time, with their assistance. I was so relieved! I recently had my roof restored by Anderson Restoration. Their project manager Jesse Osteen was very professional and made sure the project was detailed and executed by plan. Anderson's crew was also very professional and hard working. They made sure they fulfilled every requirement I had made. They replaced the entire roof in a day and made sure they cleaned up before they left. I am very happy with their services and I would have no problems recommending them to my friends.

Darrel, our sales rep, was amazing. He worked with us and our Insurance Company to get our much needed roof replaced. The crew did a fantastic job on our roof. Excellent Customer Service! After a storm hit several months ago, I had to hire a roofer. I was a bit nervous because of the negative stories you hear about roofers. I did some research and found Anderson Restoration on the list. A sales associate come out to my home and we scheduled a time for the roofers to come out. The materials were delivered as promised, the roofers showed up on time and completed the job a head of schedule. Thank you Darrell and Anderson Restoration for making my roof repair experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend them!

Anderson Restoration is awesome! The crew, led by Chad Rippy, were extremely professional and organized. Chad kept me totally informed throughout the entire process, including working with my insurance adjuster. The roof installation turned out fabulous.
