Gino's is run and run by the Bozzo family of Cosenza, Italy. Gino's got its start in Salinas in 1975 and has been servicing the finest authentic Italian dishes in the area ever since. Coming from southern Italy, we specialize in all kinds of pasta dishes. Luigi Bozzo once said, If i am going to run a restaurant, everything must be fresh; and we must put out a quality dish, at a good price! So, in keeping with this tradition, we've withstood the test of time and hope to keep serving the Salinas area for many more years to come.

The people of Donnici took great pride in their close ties to agriculture, which at the turn of the last century was the mainstay of the regions.
