I came in one day last week with a friend to drop off a package and I wanted to commend your receptionist, Trena, you have seated at the front. She was very professional because before we could get off the elevator, she met us half way with a genuine "Hello, how can I help you?" She was very personable, down to earth, and kept conversation as we waited. While we were waiting in the lobby, we noticed how good she was as other clients who entered the lobby as well. She made everyone in the space feel welcomed and made sure we were taken care of in a time efficient manner. I believe that she is a great representation of the law office in regards to what a receptionist should be.

read moreI clerked at Ankin Law for a year during law school. The atmosphere is always positive and the experience has been invaluable! The attorneys as well as the legal staff are extremely approachable and are always willing to lend a helping hand in any matter. With that being said, the attorneys and legal assistants do whatever they can to help their clients. This includes dropping whatever they are doing to assist a client in their concerns and they will even stay well into the evening until these issues have been resolved. Attorney Scott Goldstein for example, will stop whatever he is doing an answer a call from a concerned client and he will make it a point to have the issue resolved before the call has ended. This is important and I have found this to be the essential reason as to why the Ankin Law attitude of putting their clients first has become so contagious throughout the firm. I would recommend this firm to a close family member - and that is saying something!
