Applegate Construction has just began the build out of 7 townhomes situated at the cross section of Taylor, Berrien and Montgomery Streets. By merging successful development and construction firms, of owner Nic Applegate, a staff of experienced investors, partners and employees were brought together to streamline the design/build process. Over the past 5 years, the Applegate Team has made significant progress in the revitalization of Historic Downtown Savannah and surrounding areas.
