This place is amazing! They are not here to take your money but truly help you. The first time I went in Steve helped me and he was patient and knowledgeable. He didn't sell me their parts just to make money or rob me (being in a woman). I explained my problem and he gave me a DIY solution first. The second time I went in Nick helped me and again. Just want to help. He gave great professional suggestions! I'm so happy I went here. Even though I didn't purchase anything either time, I was given the best support and advice for my needs. I life 30 minutes away and I will continue to make the drive here since they are all about helping and not selling things to you. When you come in always bring in your make and model number. If possible a video of what's wrong with your appliances, those things are helpful to them to better assist you.

Joe was awesome!!! We originally went in looking for a part we thought was the problem and after talking it through with Joe we decided it might actually be a different problem. We decided to trust Joe's knowledge and expertise and sure enough he was right. Thank you for the great service and for saving us a trip back out for the right part.

All of the gentlemen at Appliance Parts Center are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have come here many times for projects over the past few months and I have always had success with their parts. I am grateful stores like these exist!
